Early Smiles Sacramento will be doing a Free Drive Through/Walk up Dental Screening at Elder Creek Elementary School!

November 17th, 2020

1:30 PM – 3:30 PM

• Two weeks prior to the dental screening we will provide a Zoom Oral Health Education for both parents and children
• Dos semanas antes del examen dental, vamos a tener una clase de educación sobre la salud oral via Zoom para padres y hijos.

• Our Drive Through Dental Screening will follow all CDC + CDPH Guidelines
• Nuestro Drive Through Dental Screening seguira todas las regulaciones de CDC + CDPH

• This will be a fast, easy, and free service. All participants will stay in their car throughout the entire screening process.
• Esto será un servicio rápido, fácil, y gratis. Todos los participantes permancerán en su automóvil durante todo el proceso.
