A CONVERSATION WITH | Sacramento Youth Mental Health (SacYMH) SacYMH is a youth-led organization with the goals of de-stigmatizing and providing support around the issue of youth mental health in the Sacramento region. Since their initial plans for an in-person event at the Golden One Arena were foiled by COVID-19, they’ve transitioned to online webinars. This is an event for youth by youth.
